Mukesh S. Butani is an Advocate and leads the operations at SURESH & Co., carrying forward the legacy of the firm founded by his father, Mr. Suresh B. Butani. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com.), a Master’s degree in Finance from Curtin
University - Western Australia, and LL.B., giving him a strong foundation in both business and law.

Pallavi Sirpuram, Partner at the firm, holds an LL.B. from the prestigious ILS Law College, Pune, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from NMIMS, Mumbai. With this strong academic foundation, she has built a distinguished practice in intellectual property law, specializing in trademarks, copyright, designs, and geographical indications.

She has successfully represented leading domestic and international clients for Intellectual Property Matters, achieving a consistently high success rate in contentious proceedings, and has also appeared and assisted in complex matters before various courts. She is also actively involved in enforcement actions which includes participating in raids and anti-counterfeiting actions, as well as travelling internationally to coordinate brand protection and enforcement strategies across jurisdictions. Her international exposure and hands on enforcement experience give clients confidence in her ability to protect intellectual property both in India and abroad.

Advocate Sakhi Narvekar is a practicing legal professional with a focused practice in Intellectual Property Rights, with particular emphasis on trademark law and related matters. She holds a Three-Year LL.B. from Adv. Balasaheb Apte College of Law, Dadar, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance (B.A.F.) from KES College, Kandivali.
